Punctuality
- Please be punctual. A delay of more than 10 minutes could result in the loss of your session, and the reservation fee will not be refunded.
- Entry is not allowed until the exact time of your reservation. Ring the bell at the exact time and only when all group members have arrived.
Changes and refunds
- The reservation is binding, and cancellations are not accepted. You can modify the date and time of your reservation up to 48 hours before your session.
- If you wish to make a change to your reservation, check our availability on the website and contact us.
Public transportation
- Bizarre Escape Room is a 4-minute walk from Paral·lel metro station (L2, L3, Funicular de Montjuïc).
- We also have several bus stops nearby (121, 21, D20, H14, V11, 88, N0, and N6).
Private transportation
- Regulated parking zone (Green Area) from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- If you are a WeSmartPark user, there are two private parking lots nearby.
