We have gathered the most common questions in this section so you can solve your doubts without having to contact us, but do not hesitate to do so! If your concern is not on the list, contact us.
If you call us by phone, keep in mind that the game master may be attending one or more game sessions, will respond to your call as soon as possible. If you do not want to wait, send us an email or a message through social networks and we will respond as soon as possible.
What is the objective of the game?
Your team (2 to 6 people) must overcome the challenge of leaving the room in a maximum of 60 minutes. To do this, you must solve mysteries and riddles until you complete your mission.
Throughout the session, a game master will follow your evolution and help you with clues if you need it. No specific knowledge is required, you only need imagination, logic, communication and collaborative spirit.
Do you have different game rooms?
You can choose between two rooms: “Circus” and “Toys”. Do you like the show? In “Circus” you have a date with the bearded woman, the strong man and the lion tamer, among others.
Do you want to enter a toy store and find the secrets that it hides inside? “Toys” is your room. Take advantage of the absence of the owner to search through the toy store. You will have a great time!
How many people can participate?
The teams can be from 2 to 6 players. We do not make exceptions. In case of being more members, you can form two teams and play a different room each, or play in turn to the same room.
The recommended group size is 4 players. The price of the reservation is the same regardless of the number of people.
Will I feel fear or claustrophobia?
Our rooms are not horror rooms. We try to recreate an environment that generates mystery but we will not try to scare you.
If you have claustrophobia, you should assess yourself how you feel inside the room. Our rooms are large enough to play as a team, but in some very specific moments of the game you may feel uncomfortable.
Anyway, each room has a very visible red emergency button that you can press at any time if you prefer to leave.
Will I really be locked up?
Even if the door is closed, the game master will closely monitor your movements to help you and enjoy the experience safely. Anyway, each room has a very visible red emergency button that you can press at any time if you prefer to leave.
In our rooms a person can leave the team after pressing the emergency button without that means the end of the game for the rest of the team. If you leave, close the door again and head to the reception. We will invite you to have a coffee while you wait for the rest of the group to complete the game.
In what languages can I play?
Our rooms are prepared to be able to solve them in Catalan, Spanish and English. You must indicate the language of the game at the time of booking so that we can prepare the room before your arrival.
Should I do some physical effort?
You will not have to make any effort during the game session. Strength is not necessary in our rooms so for the good of the facilities and for your own safety, it is better not to use it. Remember, it will only be necessary to use logic and communication between group members to be able to move forward.
However, if any member of the group has a mobility problem that we should take into account, let us know before starting the game session and we will give you some recommendation so that your experience is as good as the rest of the group.
What is the minimum age to play?
Can I add or remove players to my reservation?
When booking, we do not ask you to indicate the number of players. The price of our rooms does not depend on the configuration of the group. If at the end you are more or less than you thought at the time of booking, there is no problem, as long as you are a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6.
What time do I have to arrive?
Be punctual, arrive at the exact time of your reservation. If you arrive a little early, you can wait comfortably at our reception. Please, do not arrive late. Due to the scheduled sessions, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late we can not guarantee that you can do the activity and the amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
How can I make a reservation?
The reservation is made through our website. You can check “Circus” or “Toys” depending on the room you want to play and see its updated availability in real time. Select the session you prefer based on your availability and add it to the shopping cart.
Thanks to the shopping cart you can book one or more game sessions at one time. This is useful if you are going to play in two teams or if you want to do a marathon of our two rooms. In addition, we sometimes have promotions and discounts when booking more than one session at a time.
How should I make the payment?
Payment for the game session is made at the time of booking through our secure payment platform. For now, the only payment method we offer is through a debit or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard).
If you have any problem with the payment, do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you to complete your reservation in a satisfactory way.
Can I give a game session as a gift?
Do you want to make a unique and original gift? We know that sometimes giving a printed voucher detracts from the value of the gift, that is why our proposal to give a session in our rooms are gift boxes. Have you seen them? They are beautiful!
Our gift boxes include, in addition to a code to book a session on the date most convenient to the receiver, a physical object that is clearly identified with the theme of each game.
Can a reservation be modified or canceled?
Cancellations are not accepted, it is only possible to modify the session of the reservations already paid. You can modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the session, and always depending on availability. You can ask us by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling 932206525.
The reservation platform does not work.
No one is perfect and our website (although we make every effort to make it work) either. Delete the temporary files of your browser and reload the page. Make sure that all the fields are correctly filled out and, if you still can not make the reservation, please contact us so that we can solve it.
How to get to our place?
You will find us on Blesa street no. 24, in the neighborhood of Poble Sec. We are close to Apolo and Plataforma nightclubs and right next to Blai street, famous for its “pinchos” bars. The nearest metro station is Paral·lel (L2 and L3), it is five minutes walk from our premises.
